Carrington Community Care

Community Care provides a range of in-home services for the frail aged, disabled and their carers. These in-home services allow the person to remain living at home preventing premature admission to aged care residential facilities. Currently services are available in the LGA's of Campbelltown,Camden and Wollondilly.

Services available include domestic assistance, personal care, shopping, transport and respite care.

Services are provided according to the person's needs and are decided during a home visit and assessment in consultation with a Community Care Coordinator.
