Corporate governance is an area of increasing focus in all businesses  Carrington will continue to build on the governance systems put in place in prior years.  Specifically Carrington has refined its internal control framework, further developed its approach to managing risk and put in place a range of compliance programs, all of which will assist the Board to govern the organisation.
