Carrington Care is a national award-winning organisation for its innovative training program for its staff. We continually educate our staff to perform in their roles in a confident and competent manner.

Staff are invited to attend learning and development programs listed on our two-monthly calendar and can participate in external specialist training programs to enhance their current knowledge and skills.

Compulsory training is funded by Carrington as an investment in staff to enhance their career pathways, achieve personal goals and to reward outstanding job performance.
