 | Raad Richards Chief Executive Officer | Qualifications Raad has had extensive experience in health and aged care services in New South Wales over the past 36 years. Prior to joining Carrington in February 2004, Raad occupied a number of senior executive positions in the acute care sector, including the Director of Operations, South Western Sydney Area Health Services, General Manager of Teaching and Metropolitan Hospitals including Liverpool Hospital, Bankstown-Lidcome Hospital, Fairfield Hospital and Camden Hospital. Raad holds formal qualifications in Business Administration (BBus), Industrial Relations and Human Resources (Graduate Diploma), and Master of Health Planning (MHP). Raad has extensive involvement in various professional and community organisations, including Past President of the NSW Branch of the Australian College of Health Service Executives (ACHSE), Current Council Member of the NSW Branch of ACHSE, Creating Links Community Services Co-operative, Board Member and Treasurer of the Brian Injury Assocation of NSW, Board Member of Aged and Community Services (NSW). |
 | Janine Lundie Director Residential Care
| Qualifications Janine is registered nurse who has worked in the health care sector for 20 years. She has diverse experience in aged care including clinical care, management, policy, general practice and education and training. Prior to commencing at Carrington she held positions including Aged Care Specialist, Webstercare, Policy and Consultancy Manager, Aged & Community Services Association of NSW & ACT and Aged Care Program Officer, Sutherland Division of General Practice. Janine holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and a Masters of Aged Care Management with Distinction. Janine is also a Director on the Board of Thomas Holt Villages in Sutherland and is a member of the Nurses In Management in Aged Care. Janine has a passion and commitment to human services, continuous quality improvement and professional growth.

 | Glenn Thorpe Executive Manager Operations | Qualifications Glenn has over 35 yeras experience in Public Health Finance and Administration. He has held administrative positions in public hospitals and at Queen Victoria Memorial Home, Picton. Glenn has an Accounting Certificate and an Associate Diploma in Health Administration. |
 | Carol Gibson Executive Manager | Qualifications Carol holds a Commerce Degree (BComm), is CPA qualified and an appointed Justice of the Peace. Her background is in non-profit, healthcare and the hospitality industry where Carol has held senior finance positions for the Benevolent Society, Continuum Healthcare Group, international hotel group - Park Royal Hotels and national catering company Gema Catering and Events. |
 | Brenda Mullins-Jackson Executive Manager Community Care | Qualifications Brenda is an Enrolled Nurse Aide and holds a Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences (Community Services). Brenda has experience in the management of Community Aged Care Packages (CACP), Home and Community Care Programs (HACC), Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Home Care Services and has co-ordinated respite services for carers of the frail aged and disabled with the Commonwealth Carer Respite Centre, South West Sydney |
