Carring Staff are Presented with Certificates Following Completion of Training Courses

Presentation of Certificates

Carrington Support Services Staff recently completed training To Develop Cost Effective Menus and Prepare Foods According to Dietary and Cultural Needs to enhance their skills and knowledge. The program was funded by Carrington, partnered with TAFE and conducted in-house. The results achieved by the group were outstanding.

Daniel Bennett (Distinction, Distinction = 99/100)Community Care staff undertook training to gain Certificate IV Service Co-ordination which was provided by TAFE with Federal funding assistance. Classes were held at Carrington and TAFE. This certificate is specific to thos co-ordinating community services and was quite challenging with staff balancing their demanding roles between study and family. All passed with outsanding results.
