Carrington recently completed building 70 new retirement units which include 36 Apartments. These are located in two buildings nestled in a tree lined valley with country views.

Hansen Yuncken were the buildings and the project included new roads, infrastrucutre and landscaping works.

The architecturally designed villas and apartments feature modern finishes and spacious floor plans. The apartment buildings have secure underground parking with lift access to all floors. Once in the building access to each apartment is controlled via video security system.

The villas and apartments offer 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom plus study.
