Our New Apartment Development
Carrington has commenced building 70 new retirement units which include 36 Apartments. These are located in two buildings nestled in a tree lined valley with country views.
Hansen Yuncken have been commissioned to carry out this construction project including new roads, infrastrucutre and landscaping works. Hansen Yuncken have been in operation for over 90 years with extensive experience in the construction of Retirement Villaves, having recently completed similar type projects at Campbelltown, Castle Hill and Taren Point.
The architecturally designed apartments feature modern finishes and spacious floor plans. The building has secure underground parking with lift access to all floors. Once in the building access to each apartment is controlled via video security system.
The apartments offer 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom plus study. Each apartments comes with Oven, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Light Fittings, Reverse Cycle Airconditioning and window screens.
Deposits are now being taken on these lovely new units and we have already seen strong demand.
