Carrington is committed to developing our future workforce by offering students studying Certificate III in Aged Care Work and Certificate III in Home and Community Care via face-to-face learning at leading Registered Training Organisations the opprotunity to do the work experience component of the program at our facility.

Students will be partnered with experienced care staff to assist them in the achievement of their competencies and to provide guidance and support in the day-to-day tasks of a care role.

Work experience students who successfully achieve their competencies and perform exceptionally
well on the job are frequently offered employment opportunities.
